Why chocolate? Well, who doesn’t love chocolate! For me, it’s more than just a treat – it’s about exploring textures, chocolate types, and unique flavours. As an 11 year old chocolatier, I’ve spent hours and hours eagerly learning, testing, and perfecting recipes and I can’t wait to share my creations with you!
Not only do I love eating and trying different chocolates, I’ve also found that making chocolate enables me to be creative. It helps me relax and focus, and I love turning simple ingredients into something that looks and tastes amazing. For me, food is my language of love – and every chocolate I make is filled with lots of love and patience. Making chocolate really is a labour of love!
But this business has an even greater “why.” My brother, Saajan, has Down’s syndrome, and he is one of the kindest, most caring people you could ever meet. I know it’s not always easy for people with special needs to find jobs, but I believe the world should see the unique gifts they bring. Saajan already helps with doing the gardening with my grandparents to produce fresh herbs that we use and he will be helping me with packaging, and my dream is for this little business to grow into something that gives him meaningful work and a future we can share together.
I hope you enjoy my artisan truffles, bars, and other creations as much as I love making them. All our ingredients are high quality, sustainably sourced and alcohol free, reflecting our values.
